1. About our services

RO Home Care provides RO water purifier service, repair, installation and reinstallation, AMC, new RO purifiers and RO on rent for homes in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

2. Booking a service

You can book a service by phone, WhatsApp or through our website. Please share your correct name, phone number, address and the problem with your purifier. A booking is confirmed once we accept it by phone or message.

3. Arrival time

We aim to reach your home within 30 minutes of booking in our service areas. In some cases, such as heavy traffic, bad weather, high demand or a location that is hard to reach, the technician may take longer. If there is a delay, we will let you know.

4. Prices and quotes

• RO service and RO repair start at ₹199, and RO installation starts at ₹399. These are starting prices for the visit and labour.
• Spare parts such as filters, membrane, pump or adapter are charged separately.
• The technician will inspect your purifier and tell you the full cost before starting any work. Work begins only after you agree.
• Prices may change from time to time. The price agreed at the time of your service will apply.

5. Payment

Payment is due after the service is completed, unless agreed otherwise. We accept cash, UPI and other methods offered at the time of service. Please ask for a bill or receipt for your records.

6. Your responsibilities

• Give our technician safe access to the purifier, with water and power supply available
• Share correct information about the purifier and the problem
• Make sure an adult is present during the visit

7. Spare parts and warranty

Any warranty on spare parts or on our service will be explained by the technician and mentioned on your bill, where it applies. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, electrical faults, very high water pressure, physical damage, or repairs done by anyone else after our visit.

8. AMC and RO on rent

AMC plans and RO on rent plans have their own details, such as the number of visits, parts covered, monthly rent and duration. These details will be shared with you before you start the plan and will apply together with these terms.

9. Cancellation and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or change your booking, please call or WhatsApp us as early as possible. There is no charge for cancelling before the technician reaches your home.

10. Brand names

RO Home Care is an independent RO service provider. We are not an authorised service centre of, and are not connected with, any RO brand or manufacturer. Brand names mentioned on our website belong to their owners and are used only to describe the purifiers we can service. Brand warranty claims should be made directly with the brand.

11. Limitation of liability

We take care to do every job properly. However, RO Home Care is not responsible for any indirect loss, or for problems caused by existing defects in the purifier, poor input water quality, plumbing or electrical issues at the property, or use of the purifier against the maker’s instructions. Our responsibility for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

12. Website use

The content on rohomecare.com is for general information about our services. You may not copy or misuse our website content, images or logo without our permission.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
